D.02 In what ways is this project innovative and complementary to the other project already carried out.
The project is innovative because:
1. Students will perform a real business activity in a small scale in a school students company and a realistic stimulation of an international economic activity;
2. They will provide another approach that is closer to reality and which is preferred. They will establish a company whose activity is out of the range of the computer application. This will happen by providing students a place which will be furnished with the necessary instruments. From there they will manage all company’s operations, including all business and administrative activities that are typical for a real company.
3. In the project we will use innovative camps that are a new educational approach, teams participants have to start working in harmony so that they could work together most effectively. Applying the principle “learning by doing”, students develop their skills for communication and problem solving. Also they learn how to work on pressure and with short terms.
4. Teachers and students will prepare tools for electronic training and they will use online collaborative platforms on Entrepreneurship, eTwinning and a created for this project Wiki, where all participants will be able to learn, to use materials for their activities, to create and share their good practices.
5. Its realization is an important instrument in the development of the regional policy, especially in less developed or isolated regions. The activities can have a positive effect in increasing the number of graduates who stay in the area by making direct connections with the local community.
6. The work within a student company encourages entrepreneurial attitudes and skills based on learning by doing and have interdisciplinary dimension and added value for all disciplines.
7. The project is expected to encourage students to consider the project in a personal aspect, as a pledge for the successful realization and to reassure them that the skills and abilities can affect their career.
8.Business volunteers will be students who have completed their training in entrepreneurship and will support teachers and students. They can become junior advisors in schools. The benefit has a double effect: for the members of the student companies who get the opportunity to promote their work to their peers, but also for older students who are receiving their first experience in teaching.
9. Business associations and companies will participate in the implementation of the training companies and business consultants can contribute to the added value in terms of transmission of experience in the management of the company by the students. They will also have the opportunity to hire motivated young people with skills and experience in the company as part of their corporate responsibility strategy.
10. The project will promote the teaching of entrepreneurship and allow all potentially interested students and other social circles to have access to these results.
11. All partners will be able to learn about the differences in the implementation of entrepreneurship education in different countries, they will share their experiences and pedagogical practices.
Teachers will have the opportunity to share and exchange experience in entrepreneurship education.
In the project activities training in the form of seminars,lectures and courses are included for all participants on various economic topics that will be useful for students and teachers.

D.1.
What is the rationale, issues and needs to be addressed by this project?
.
The European Commission put an emphasis on knowledge and innovation. The encouragement of entrepreneurship culture is an important part of these efforts. According to their survey on the impact of the entrepreneurship programs, it seems that students who have completed the entrepreneurship programs and activities:
• Show more entrepreneurship attitude and intentions;
• Find jobs more easily after they graduate;
• Would be able to make more innovations even as employees in a company;
• Establish more companies.
Entrepreneurship is the main driving force of the innovation, the competitive power and growth, and as a competence, it is necessary for the self-employed people. It is also of a great importance for employees in every company. It is included in the new basic abilities, considered to be important for all people, so that they could live and work in a society based on knowledge. According to our surveys, it seems that a big percentage of the students come from families whose income is above the average for the country. However, families’ prosperity makes children more dependent on their parents. They don’t have the main economics abilities even to control their money. Schools don’t make them willing to have real life challenges. The number of students with divorced and unemployed parents is not small. Their income is below the average. They don’t have the self-confidence and the conviction of their peers. They don’t believe that they will put an end to the poorness if they stake on their own knowledge and most of all their knowledge of entrepreneurship. We want to show these children that the knowledge they will get during the project will help them in future – to succeed in school, to graduate, to ensure themselves and their families.
During the first year the students will acquire economics knowledge for the creation, management and development of a small enterprise, control, marketing, as well as establishment of an international company. Some of this knowledge is included in the curriculum, and the other part will be taught in extracurricular lessons.
During the second year students will establish a common company for advertising and spreading the entrepreneurship and they will create an educational company in their school as a branch of the common company.
Although students will work in protected environment and with pedagogical purpose, they will be creating, producing and selling real products or services. These activities will allow students to acquire basic business skills, but also they will help them develop personal qualities and crossed skills that are so important, so that they can live and work in a society of knowledge. In reality, via participation in the educational companies students will learn how to be creative, they will gain enthusiasm and self-confidence and will learn how to work in teams, they will be eager to take responsibilities and to use their initiative. They will meet the real business, they will gain experience and know-how about their companies, they will face problems connected to local authorities and legislation that will actually be their practical experience on the fulfillment of the whole company project. The connection with the business and the local community, also the presence of mentors and advisers from the business are key elements of the successful mini – companies. The team work and students’ freedom to develop their own ideas are the aspects of the best educational practice. An innovative camp and a workshop for business ideas will be held as a part of project activities, where students will be able to communicate with their partners, they will develop their entrepreneurship adjustments, and they will feel motivated to be creative and to take risks. The innovative camp is an intensive workshop where students will gather to think over a concrete business challenge and to offer ideas for a successful solution.
The project activities will:
• generate enthusiasm and motivation and personal qualities and skills;
• unlock the potential in students in terms of being creative, enterprising and innovative;
• stimulate students’ entrepreneurial adjustments and business skills as they are taught through practice;
Students will communicate with their partners through social networks – eTwinning, Wiki, Facebook throughout the project and also a blog which they will create. In support of their training they will use online platforms from which they will receive information and materials. These activities will enhance their digital competences, ICT skills and foreign language level as they will practice their business correspondence.
Different trainings like seminars, lections and courses are going to be included in project activities for all participants on different economics and entrepreneurship topics that will be important for both students and teachers. The teachers will have the opportunity to share and exchange their experience in entrepreneurship education.
